Inspired by holistic visions derived from many years of study and work-experience,I integrate psychology and psychotherapy with energetic and spiritual modalities. Jewish, European, Eastern and American philosophies are sources of inspiration.   One of my strenghts is guiding people to uncover the core-essence of themselves, especially with regards to their relationships, and of any issue that is blocking success on their path.   I assist in navigating through the transitions of your present life and help you help yourself in reaching your desired, fulfilling future. Due to these Holistic techniques in a relatively short time, often within a few words, we cleanse the past, the negative experiences as bagage stored in the memory of our unconsciousness and cell-memory. In doing so, we redefine our present and future. By changing our thinking patterns and gaining insights and awareness, we can transform old patterns. We empower ourselves, and open the door to a path of wholeness and wellness.   Thoughts, if combined with emotions, become reality. We are powerful creators. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it is in everyone.
